Is the packaging heat-resistant and safe for candle jars?
Yes. LuxoPack candle boxes are built from rigid board tested for proximity to wax and glass, with anti-crush construction rated by ECT (Edge Crush Test) to support heavy glass jars during stacking and transit. Protective laminations also resist warping and mold in humid warehouse conditions.
How long does production and sampling take?
After prototype approval, mass production takes 12 to 18 working days. A rush structural sample can be produced in 24 to 48 hours, and a physical pre-production sample is delivered in 3 to 5 days before the full run begins.
What finishes and inserts are available for candle boxes?
Available finishes include gold and silver foil stamping, embossing and debossing, spot UV, soft-touch matte and gloss lamination, and CMYK offset printing on embossed linen or textured papers. Boxes can be fitted with EVA or velvet inserts to lock the jar in place, plus precision-fit lids to help retain fragrance.
