What Each Certificate Actually Covers
Certificates get name-dropped a lot in this industry. Here is exactly what ours cover, what they do not, and the licence numbers so you can verify them independently rather than taking our word for it.

How to verify these yourself
A certificate image proves very little — anyone can paste a logo onto a page. Two checks worth doing on us and on any other supplier you shortlist:
- FSC: licence codes are publicly searchable in the FSC public certificate database. Search FSC-C153690 and confirm the certificate holder, scope and expiry date match what a supplier tells you.
- ISO 9001: ask for the certificate PDF and check the certification body and certificate number on the issuing body's own register — not on a copy the supplier sends you.
What we are not claiming
FSC Chain of Custody does not automatically make every box we ship an FSC-labelled product — using the FSC label on your packaging requires the certified material to be specified for your order, and the label use has its own rules. If your brand needs the on-pack FSC mark, say so at quotation stage so we scope the right material and label permissions. We would rather set this expectation now than have it surface at artwork approval.
Compliance FAQ
Can you supply the certificates before we place an order?
Yes. Request the compliance package and we send the FSC and ISO 9001 certificates plus any SGS reports relevant to your material. You do not need to place an order first — procurement teams normally need these for internal approval before a PO exists.
Do you provide test reports for a specific market?
Material safety requirements differ by destination — REACH for the EU, other substance limits elsewhere. Tell us the destination market and the product going inside the box, and we will confirm which testing already exists and what would need to be commissioned.
Is food-contact packaging covered?
Direct food contact is a separate specification from a standard gift box — it depends on the board, coating and any liner used. If your box holds unwrapped food such as chocolate or baked goods, flag it at enquiry so we quote a food-grade structure and the matching documentation rather than retrofitting it later.
Can we audit the factory?
Yes — in person or remotely. We run live video walkthroughs of the production floor for buyers who cannot travel, and we accept third-party audits arranged by you. See the factory tour page for what the facility covers.
